Not at all. Just share where you’re at and what’s on your mind. I’ll help you figure out the best approach — whether it’s SEO, content, or strategy.

How does the process work once I contact you?
You’ll hear back within 1–2 business days. From there, we can schedule a free intro call, or I can send a few quick questions to understand your needs.

What’s included in a project?
Every project includes research, writing, and one round of revisions. I also format the copy so it’s easy to read and ready to add to your website or marketing materials. If you need extra support or ongoing work, I’m happy to create a custom package.

How do we stay in touch during the project?
We’ll communicate mainly via email and Google Docs. I’m available during Central European business hours and will keep you updated along the way.

Can I request several edits or revisions?
Yes, I include one round of revisions for every project. To keep things efficient for both of us, I ask you to gather all your feedback at once. If more rounds are needed, that is no problem — we can always add them at an extra cost.

How do payments work?
Once we agree on the project, I’ll send an invoice. I’m based in the Netherlands and accept SEPA bank transfers. For international clients, I also accept Wise or PayPal. Most projects require a 50% deposit to start, with the rest due on delivery.
